**Notice**

You may have noticed there's been quite a lapse in updates. Unfortunately, like pretty much the rest of the friggin' country, I've run into a bit of a financial strain. The threat of Forclosure and Reposession doesn't make for a good muse. Point is this. Please bear with me folks. I know everyone wants more HN but I do have a life offline, I run this entire site and do all the scripting, writing, drawing, editing and coding on my own, and right now life's a bit on the hectic, over worked, and under paid side.

I SWEAR there will be more HN comics as I can spare the time to work on them. Just please, PLEASE be patient.



Khei can now be found on Twitter for those of you who want to read some of the more mudane ideas that pop into her head.. Don't expect much she's a bit on the strange and weird side. But then you already KNEW that if you've read this comic now didn't you? Twitter will actually most likely be a good place to keep an eye out for up coming updates. Coming updates will be estimated on Twitter days before the comic gets posted most likely. So if you don't want to check the site every day for updates keep an eye on Khei's Twitter page..

Welcome Fellow Flans!

You've most likely clicked your way here from the Serenity Board or some other Firefly or Serenity related page.. However you got here lemmie introduce meself. Name's Khei. I used to be a member of a group over at the Serenity board called NAs (Nathan Appreciators). We were a rather dedicated group of fans who admire and idolize Nathan Fillion, both as the incredibly talented actor, and as an inspiring and awesome person. Though I'm no longer a member of any of the fandom related groups (For personal reasons) I am still, however, a Browncoat and a loyal fan of Nathan. That's really the only reason I continue updating this comic at all.

What in the sphinctor of hell is "Hyjakin' Nathan"?

Hyjakin' Nathan, or HN for short, is a furry fancomic that chronicles the random insanity that ensues after a furry version of our favorite BDH is drawn with a special pencil simply called "The Red Pencil of DOOM" by our protagonist, Khei. Anything drawn with this pencil becomes real. "Furry Nathan" doesn't really get that he's merely a furry drawing of the real thing but then again he really doesn't care either. It's simply not his problem. It's not long before Nathan and Khei are joined by furry versions of Alan Tudyk and Adam Baldwin along with random fellow NAs making cameo appearances, joining in the furry fray. There's lots of inside jokes, Firefly/Serenity tributes, and even an appearance of the now ledgendary, infamous, Pink Flower Shirt!

HN began as a simple four strip joke but it was so well received at it's original home on Serenitymovie.org it spawned more strips.. Before long there were a total of twenty strips, Two T-shirts, and now a website..

So pull up a chair, Put on your best browncoat, Put down your plastic dinosaurs for a few minutes and have a laugh.
